"At the Zoo"
Wheat Ridge Ministries recently hosted, along with our great friends from Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, our annual Living Well Day for Professional Church Workers in the Chicago area. We look forward to this event each year, which is regularly attended by over 100 pastors and other professional church workers.

This year’s event was held at the Brookfield Zoo, one of Chicago’s most beautiful resources. We joked that we were meeting there because the great theologians Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel once observed that “it’s all happening at the zoo!” Read more...
